Join us for a day on Papermill Creek as we celebrate the Seventh nnual Duck Derby. In case you have never participated in this event, The Duck Derby is a race in which yellow rubber ducks are released down the Papermill Creek in a push for the finish line. We have constructed a free-floating racecourse in which we can clearly monitor the ducks’ progress and easily pluck them from the water after they cross the finish line. A number of initial heats will be run, with the first 25 ducks from each heat competing against each other in a final race to determine the first, second, and third prize winners. First prize is $500! [more info...] |
