Event Rental - Main Space
The Dance Palace's main space is equipped with professional sound and lighting equipment. The facility is suited for many uses, including concerts, fundraisers, forums, theater, classes, workshops, rehearsals and film screenings. Scroll down to get the list of available equipment
- $175 fee
- Dances/Lunch or Dinner Events: $250
- Food service fee (snacks/desserts, etc): $50
- Dance Palace members get a 20% discount on rental fees
- Hall accessible from 6 p.m.-midnight. Fee covers use of two microphones and basic lighting.

Event Rental - Church Space
The Dance Palace’s church space is a smaller, more intimate room suited
for many uses, including readings, acoustic concerts, meetings, workshops,
rehearsals and classes.
- $110 fee
- Lunch/Dinner Events: $180
- Food service fee (snacks, desserts, etc): $25
- Dance Palace members get a 20% discount
- Hall accessible from 6:00 p.m.-midnight.
Church Space specifications:
- Capacity: 75 moveable seating
- Dimensions: 20 x 57
- Raised stage area
Sound and lighting technician fees:
- $25/hr ($100 for most performances; depending on lighting/sound needs
and complexity)
*Note: you must receive prior authorization from the technical coordinator to rehang lights, and lights must be returned to their original configuration - if not, you will be charged for labor incurred.

RENTAL RATES FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND MEETINGS
Classes and workshops:
- Main Hall: $26 per hour (members $17)
- Church Space: $22 per hour (members $14)
- Board Room: $18 per hour (members $11)
- Rehearsals and weekday presentations offered free to public : Half price as above
Meetings:
- Community meetings are free of charge
Advertising in the Dance Palace Bulletin:
- $90 for 1/16 page
- $160 for 1/8 page
Security and Cleaning Deposit and Rental Deposit:
- Full rental must be paid prior to event.
- Balance due for 20% of door within one week after event.
- A refundable security deposit of $100 is required for rock dances and lunch/dinner events which will be returned within 5 working days of completed event.
Refunds:
- Your fee will be returned if the Dance Palace cancels your booking.
- You are responsible for 50% of rental fee if you cancel more than 60 days prior to use.
- There are no refunds for cancellations within 60 days of use.
