The Dance Palace’s church space is a smaller, more intimate room suited for many uses, including readings, acoustic concerts, meetings, workshops, rehearsals and classes.

Public Rates:
Rental rates listed below are for a four (4) hour block of time.*
- Event (no food): $120
- Dance, Lunch/Dinner Event: $200
- Additional Fees
- Cleaning fee for food/snacks or beverages: $100
- Dance Palace members get a 20% discount (except cleaning fee)
- Hall accessible from 6:00 p.m. - midnight.
- For all commercial organizations or individuals or groups without not for profit status the rate is either the quoted hourly/event rental rate or 10% of the gross income from the event whichever is greater.
Sound and lighting technician fees:

$30/hr minimum of 4 hours
*Note: you must receive prior authorization from the technical coordinator to rehang lights, and lights must be returned to their original configuration - if not, you will be charged for labor incurred.
Other Equipment Fees:
- LCD Projector: $35
Classes and Workshop Rates:
- Church Space: $24 per hour (members $16)
