Thursdays, January 17 – March 14, 3:15 – 4:30 PM 8 weeks / $120 (No class March 7) Thursdays, March 25 - April 29, 5 weeks/ $75 (No class April 4)

In this class we will learn to prepare healthy and inventive snacks using local ingredients whenever possible. Learn about seasonal recipes and techniques that will impress your friends. Cheri Leierer is a public and private school teacher who has taught with the Dance Palace Summer camp for over 20 years. Joann Kempf works at West Marin School.
