Class Costs: (12 weeks) $120, $10 per classAikido is the only martial art that seeks to resolve conflict without harming the attacker. Children find that aikido helps them learn to get along, build self confidence, develop focus, good manners, and calmness. Training develops physical coordination and balance as children run, roll, jump, and fall. Ruth Lopez is the children’s aikido program director at Aikido of Marin.
