Noele is a 5th generation West Marin resident. She spent her early years in Stinson Beach where she attended Bolinas Stinson School and Tamalpais High School. For the last two decades she has lived in Inverness Park enjoying the wetlands out her back window and raising her children. She has over 15 years of experience training volunteers, organizing events, and community organizing.  Educated in the Bay Area, she holds a B.A. from Dominican University of California and an M.A. University of San Francisco.
